How can artificial intelligence revolutionize the development of digital products and services? Under the motto “AI: Valuable team member, new tool or new problem?”, the Bitkom<\/a> working group Digital User Experience & Design recently held an online session. Seven experts from the digitalization industry, including Centigrade, presented their insights and provocative theses for discussion. Regulatory hurdles and a lack of expertise are common barriers to implementing sustainability in digital projects. Our Head of Design, Aline, and our Senior Concept Designer, Miriam, presented valuable insights and strategies at Bitkom e.V. with their talk “Greencognito – approaches for more sustainable UX solutions”.<\/div>\n

One takeaway from the presentation is the skillful use of personas. Leanscope.ai<\/a>, for example, can provide a basis for more sustainable design decisions: The tool makes it possible to generate Proto-Personas with the help of AI and to communicate with them directly via chat assistants. The green highlight is that each persona is manipulated to show an interest in climate protection and sustainability. The interests of the target group persona can then be used for product development. Both contribute to making user-centered and sustainable decisions in the project.<\/p>\n
